"Complicated love story we live," he teases softly as he dips his head with a soft chuckle. A small part of him had been surprised when she'd wanted to keep up the Targaryen Twin story at the Resistance base with her parents, but he can understand some of it too. He's not sure he could go back to that life so easily either. They'd been through so much, become different people than who they'd been or were growing up to be. And he'd taken her lead for their covers at the base easily as when they were on a mission.

There's a resonating sense of retribution from him, because honestly, he'd probably murder Ben with the spoon with her. His lips stay quirked though, "But I have ways you can make it up to me when you get back," he offers. Yes, he's pissed, but he'd rather put that energy elsewhere between them than staying mad at her. "And not as bad as me punching him as soon as he walks off our ship?" The question has a lit of maybe it's a joke, but she knows him well enough to know that he's not actually kidding either. The only reason he might refrain is because he doesn't want to hurt her parents by doing it.

Running a hand through his hair, Jon sighs softly. He'll rest his head back against the wall behind him. "I'll pack us enough for a couple days, and leave enough that if your parents look they know we'll be back. That way once you're back, we can take Blackfyre out after a quick refuel." He doesn't want to have to sit across from the table and see Ben, no matter what it means to her parents, and after the comment about murdering Ben with a fork, he knows for a fact neither does she. Let her parents have him back for a bit and him settle in some before throwing fuel on the fire between the three of them.
