It seemed a pretty standard mission, all things considered, but Cassian was grateful that Carol would be joining him. He could take care of himself well enough (relatively speaking), but it might be a little easier to go as a team. He'd be less suspicious if he showed up with a date, much of his attention devoted to her rather than whatever deals were being made around them.

He shared an indulgent smile with her as they entered, an excuse for him to scan the room behind her, the arm around her waist squeezing gently. "A drink first? And then we'll take a look around, see what looks interesting?"
