Anakin loves Obi-Wan - so much did that his disapproval hurts to the point of it being almost physical pain, but his strict critism, occasional public dressing downs that were nothing but humilitating, and cool Jedi affection had not only made Palpatine's warmth and praise something Anakin craved but had in its own right left Anakin with some psychological wounds hec was only begining to understand. And that was without touching the disaster that had been his handling of his mother.

"The Temple was built over the course of two centuries, around eleven hundred years ago and needed repairs during the Clone Wars we didn't have the manpower or resources to do." Still, he listens intently to Garth'zel's explanation as they walk, easily guiding them through the overgrown brush until they can see the hanger opening - blocked by a thick tangle of vines he knows from experience will take a vibro-ax to cut through. Or lightsabers. "Eh. Might want to let us cut a path." They could vault the patch. The ladies could not.
