Name: Cadrien Boislevesque Canon: The Kings of Galenaea (original novel)
Info: * noble-born, only son of a military captain and an unknown mother * introverted, strategic * has military training and sufficient education; can even dance and play the flute * struggles dealing with women; his father is a known womanizer and he doesn’t want to turn out like him, but he‘s easily attracted to girls * bullied during childhood by the other noble kids for his unconfirmed parentage, but since he’s smaller than most boys in his age group, he tended to lose and get a beating * his nursemaid became a mother-figure to him, and he was closer to his nursemaid’s kids than the nobles; accordingly developed a soft spot for the weak and defenseless * at 16 was kidnapped but not ransomed, ended up being adopted by one of the leaders of the bandit gang that took him * values personal loyalty; if he has to choose between saving a friend or the world, he will let the world burn
I currently play him in his late teens / early twenties, when he’s still living the outlaw life, and prior to his return to his hometown and the events of Kings. There’s a reveal concerning him in the novel, which I also want to explore... but I’m not sure if I should already put it up here.
